Your plans. Your privacy.

Plans on your device

Saved routes, group size, chosen currency and entered allowances are stored in your browser’s local storage when you select Save. We do not provide an account or synchronize saved plans across devices. You can remove individual plans on the Saved plans page or clear this site’s browser data.

Shared links

Sharing a plan places its route, group size, currency and allowances in the URL. Anyone with that link can read those choices. The planner does not request names, email addresses, exact travel dates, passport details or other personal travel information. Avoid adding sensitive information to URLs.

Technical requests

The hosting provider processes ordinary request information to deliver and protect the website, which may include IP address, request time, browser information and requested URL. Shared plan parameters may appear in requested URLs. This release does not include third-party visitor analytics scripts, marketing cookies or a newsletter form.

External websites

Official resources and booking providers have their own privacy practices. Following a link takes you to that provider. Current resource links are editorial and have no affiliate tracking configured.

Changes and enquiries

This page will change when the website’s data handling changes. For privacy enquiries, use the Leadstorm Digital contact information available on its official website. Do not send passport, payment or sensitive traveler details through general contact channels.
